| Juice of Fresh Lemon - 1 no | ||
| Pale Brandy - 1 part | ||
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Vodka - 1 part | ||
| Sugar Granules OR Sugar Syrup - 1/2 teaspoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a cocktail shaker, add in the ice cubes.
2) Add in the lemon juice, brandy, vodka and egg white.
3) Give the mixture a good shake. Strain.
SERVING
4) Serve the cocktail in a sour glass.
