Ingredients

 
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can no-salt-added tomatoes, undrained
 
1 (6-ounce) can vegetable cocktail juice
 
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
 
2 tablespoons lemon juice
 
1 teaspoon dried whole oregano
 
1/2 Teaspoon dried whole basil
 
1/2 Teaspoon dried whole tarragon
 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
2 tablespoons powdered fruit pectin
 
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Cover and chill dressing several hours.
Stir well before serving over salad greens.
