Herbed Salmon Fillets Recipe
Herbed Salmon Fillets is an amazingly delicious side dish version. An easy to make seafood recipe, you will simply find this Herbed Salmon Fillets both mouth-watering and amazingly tempting.
Ingredients
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tbsp butter, melted 25 mL | ||
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Dill weed | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Dill | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Dried thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| 1-1/2 lb salmon or sole fillets, skin on 750 g | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine sour cream, butter, onion, dillweed, thyme, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix well. (Recipe can be made ahead to this point.)
Season fillets lightly with salt and pepper and place, skin side down, in single layer in lightly buttered shallow baking dish.
Spread sour cream mixture over fillets.
Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for about 12 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and fish is opaque. (Time will vary depending on thickness of fish, about 10 minutes per inch 2.5 cm thickness of fresh fish.)
