Directions

Remove any visible fat from the chops.
Place the chops in a flat glass pan.
Scrub the potatoes, cut into wedges and put in a resealable plastic bag.
Mix together in a medium bowl the broth, rosemary, marjoram, sage, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Pour one-half of the marinade over the chops and pour the remaining marinade into the plastic bag with the potatoes.
Cover the chops tightly seal the plastic bag and refrigerate both containers overnight.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the potatoes in the grill and cook for 4 minutes.
Push the potatoes to the sides of the grill and add the chops.
Grill for 5-6 minutes.
