| Oranges | 3 , peeled and cut in half cartwheels | |
| Raw cauliflowerettes | 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onions | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced | |
| Salad greens | 8 Cup (128 tbs), torn (Spinach Romaine) |

Directions
