Herbed Carrots With Green Grapes Recipe

Ingredients
| Carrots | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic-1 small clove, crushed | ||
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Seedless grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Cut carrots into 3 x 1/4-inch strips.
MAKING
2)Take a saucepan and add carrots to it.
3)Then, add salt, basil and water to cover. Cover it and cook until crisp-tender.
4)In a pan, heat butter and add garlic, thyme and celery salt. Keep aside.
5)Remove carrots from water and add grapes. Cover it and leave for 2 minutes and then drain.
6)Add lemon juice in butter -herb mixture and pour it over carrots.
7)Now, sprinkle salt and pepper and toss mixture.
SERVING
8) Serve the herbed carrots with grapes hot.
