Directions
1. In medium-size heavy saucepan combine all ingredients and give a good stir.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring.
3. Reduce heat, cover pan and simmer sauce for 5 minutes until flavors are absorbed.
SERVING
4. Bottle the sauce and refrigerate. Use in cooking as required or serve as an accompaniment.
