 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Boneless pork chops4 (1/2 Inch Thick)
 Canned stewed tomatoes8 Ounce (1 Can)
 Canned tomato sauce8 Ounce (1 Can)
 Green bell pepper1 Medium, chopped
 Dried oregano leaves1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Chicken stuffing mix2 Cup (32 tbs) (Stuffing Mix For Chicken In The Canister)
 Shredded mozzarella cheese4 Ounce, divided


HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; brown on both sides.
STIR in tomatoes, tomato sauce, green pepper, oregano and ground pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Remove chops from skillet.
STIR Stuffing Mix Pouch and 1/2 cup of the cheese into skillet. Return chops to skillet. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
