Herbed Tomato Fontina Recipe
Ingredients
4 scallions, cut into thin, 2-inch-long strips
1 1/2 ounces fontina cheese, cut into thin, 2-inch-long strips
5 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon parsley
Directions
In a serving bowl, gently combine scallions, cheese, and tomatoes.
Place vinegar, mustard, basil, and parsley in a small jar and shake well.
Pour over the salad and toss.
Chill and toss again before serving.
