Herbed Steamed Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 pkg Veggie Bouquet
 
2 lbs (910 g) assorted vegetables; green or yellow squash, sweet red bell peppers, green beans and cauliflower
 
4 medium or 8 small new potatoes
 
2 tbs (30 ml) olive oil or 1 3/4 oz (153 g) fresh grated Parmesan cheese fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Chop herbs.
Cut the vegetables and potatoes into 1-inch pieces and place them in a steamer; sprinkle with half of the herbs and steam for 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove when cooked and toss in a large bowl with the rest of the herbs and the oil or cheese.
