Ingredients

 Spinach - 1 frozen pack, thawed, drained
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Egg1
 Low cal margarine - 2 tbsp + 2 tsp, molten
 Low cal mayonnaise - 2 tsp
 Drioed bread rcumbs - 1/3 cup + 2 tsp
 Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
 Garlic powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Thyme leaves1/4 Teaspoon
 Sage1/4 Teaspoon, rubbed
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper - a dash

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350° F

MAKING
2. In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, onion, egg and margarine well
3. Add all the other ingredients as well and mix once more till thoroughly blended; shape this mixture into sixteen balls
4. On a baking sheet, spray a coating of nonstick cooking spray and arrange the spinach balls, baking them till cooked through, say twenty minutes

SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
