Herbed Spinach Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked rice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| American Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 slightly beaten eggs | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried rosemary | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
Cook the spinach according to package directions; drain well.
Stir in butter till melted.
Stir in rice, shredded cheese, milk, eggs, onion, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and rosemary.
Pour mixture into ungreased 10x6x2 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut the spinach into squares to serve
