Herbed Roast With Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
| Roast - 4 pounds | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

| Condensed cheddar cheese soup - 1/2 can of 10 3/4-ounces | ||
| Tomato sauce | 8 Ounce | |
| Mushroom pieces and stems - 1 can of 4 ounces, drained | ||
| Dried basil | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Use salt and pepper to season the roast and put it in a slow cooker.
2) Combine together all the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture all over the meat.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours or over high heat for 4 to 5 hours.
SERVING
4) Serve hot with gravy.
