Herbed Potato Fluff Recipe
Ingredients
| Packaged Instant Mashed Potatoes (enough for 4 servings) | ||
| Cream-style cottage cheese - 1 cup small curd | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg yolks | 3 | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, snipped | |
| Celery salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg whites | 3 | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finley snipped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 350°c.
MAKING
2) Follow package directions to prepare mashed potatoes.
3) Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, egg yolks, chives, and celery salt. Beat together till blended.
4) Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
5) Fold egg whites into potato mixture.
6) Add parsley.
7) Transfer into a 2-quart casserole.
8) Dot with butter or margarine on the top.
9) Bake for about 1 hour.

10) Serve as a side dish.
