Herbed Pork Chops and New Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Center cut pork chops - 4 (4 - 60z each) | ||
| Small red potatoes - 1 lb | ||
| Nonfat chicken broth - 1 cup | ||
| Dried rosemary | 1 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Dried marjoram | 1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Dried sage | 1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Cut away visible fat from chops.
2.In a glass pan, place the chops.
3.Scrub clean the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
4. Place in resealable plastic bag and seal.
5. In a medium bowl, combine rosemary, broth, marjoram, salt, pepper, sage and vinegar.
6. Divide the marinade into two halves.
7.Pour one half over the chops.
8. Pour the other half into the potato bag.
9.Cover chops well and seal the potato bag well.
10. Refrigerate both bags overnight.
11. Coat grill with spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
12. Grill potaoes for 4 minutes.
13. Now, add the chops and grill for another 5 to 6 minutes.
SERVING
14.Serve warm.
