Herbed Pear Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1/4 cup salad oil or olive oil | ||
| 1 12-ounce can pear nectar | ||
| White wine vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cook onion and garlic in hot oil till tender.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
Use for marinating and basting chicken or other poultry for barbecue.
Heat and pass extra sauce.
