Herbed Olives Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Rosemary leaves | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
| 2 pounds large Greek olives, black and green | ||
Directions
Combine first five ingredients in bowl, mix well, add olives, and toss until well coated.
Cover and marinate for at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve at room temperature.
