 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Wine vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Rosemary leaves1 Tablespoon, dried
 Ground black pepper To Taste
 2 pounds large Greek olives, black and green

Directions

Combine first five ingredients in bowl, mix well, add olives, and toss until well coated.
Cover and marinate for at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve at room temperature.
