 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
 Parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Dijon Mustard1 Tablespoon
 1 teaspoon fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

In a blender container combine yogurt, cottage cheese, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, mustard, basil and salt.
Process until smooth; scrape sides occasionally.
