| Lamb loin chops | 8 (1-In. Thick, Trimmed Of Fat) |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a paper bag mix flour, mustard, salt, thyme, and oregano together.
2) Mix lamb chops few at a time and shake the bag till meat are coated.
3) On a rack on a broiling pan place chops 3 to 4 inches from the heat source.
4) Broil for 7 minutes on each side.
SERVING
5) Serve warm.
