Herbed Garlic Bread Recipe
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried marjoram||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil||1⁄8 Teaspoon|

|Italian bread loaf/French bread||1 Large|

Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until the margarine or butter is melted.
Stir in the oil, Parmesan, parsley, marjoram, basil, and pepper.
Without cutting all the way through, slice the bread into 2" sections.
Brush one side of each slice with the herb mixture.
Place the loaf on a double layer of paper towels.
Microwave on medium (50% power) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until heated through.
