Herbed Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Hard cooked eggs - 6 | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1 , drained | |
| Plain nonfat yogurt - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dill weed | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 Dash | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Cut the boiled eggs in half.
2.In a small bowl, put in half of the yolks.
3. Keep aside the other half of the yolks for later use.
4.With a fork, mash yolk, cottage cheese and yogurt well.
5.Add in the rest of the ingredients.
6.Fill the egg halves with the mixture .
7. Refrigerate.
SERVING
8. Serve garnished with dill.
