Herbed Creamed Onions Recipe

Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 tablespoon unsalted margarine
1 pound small white onions, peeled
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon each dried marjoram, rosemary, and sage, crumbled
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon minced parsley
Directions

Cook, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Cover and simmer over moderately low heat about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are tender.
Sprinkle with the parsley.
