Herbed Crabmeat Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Butter | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| Lemon Juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon each chopped chives and parsley | ||
| Tarragon | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Pick over the crabmeat to remove all bits of shell and cartilage. Heat the butter until it bubbles and cook the crabmeat in it just until it is heated through.
2. Season the crab with salt, coarsely ground black pepper, lemon juice and the herbs.
