Herbed Cottage Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
4 medium size radishes, trimmed and chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Directions
In an electric blender or food processor, whirl the cottage cheese for 15 seconds, until smooth.
Transfer to a small serving bowl and stir in the radishes, basil, garlic, and lemon rind.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
