Herbed Corn On the Cob Recipe
Ingredients
| Ears of corn | 4 | |
| 3 tablespoons fresh dill, minced or 1 tablespoon dried dillweed | ||
| 3 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced or 1 tablespoon dried thyme | ||
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon corn oil or safflower oil | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Remove the husks and silk from corn just before cooking.
In a small bowl combine dill, thyme, water, oil and garlic; mix well.
Brush corn with mixture.
On squares of aluminum foil place prepared corn ears.
Wrap each ear tightly in the foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning several times.
