Ingredients

 Ears of corn4
 3 tablespoons fresh dill, minced or 1 tablespoon dried dillweed
 3 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced or 1 tablespoon dried thyme
 Water1 Tablespoon
 1 tablespoon corn oil or safflower oil
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Remove the husks and silk from corn just before cooking.
In a small bowl combine dill, thyme, water, oil and garlic; mix well.
Brush corn with mixture.
On squares of aluminum foil place prepared corn ears.
Wrap each ear tightly in the foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning several times.
