Herbed Chicken And Mushroom Salad Recipe
This Herbed Chicken Salad tastes awesome ! I simply couldn't resist gorging on this delicious chicken cubes and vegetable platter with my pasta when I first had it for lunch ! Just try this Herbed Chicken Salad and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients

| 1/4 cup REALEMON® Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 teaspoons WYLER'S® or STEERO® Chicken Flavor Instant Bouillon | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/2 pound fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces, cooked until tender crisp and chilled | ||
| Cherry tomato | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lettuce | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine ReaLemon® brand, oil, bouillon, sugar, tarragon and garlic; let stand 15 minutes to dissolve bouillon, stirring occasionally.
In large bowl, combine chicken and mushrooms; pour dressing over.
Cover; chill 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
