Herbed Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cabbage | 1 pound, quartered | |
| 1 tablespoon low-sodium corn oil margarine | ||
Directions
1. Add sugar, oregano, and mustard to water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add cabbage and simmer until tender, 8-10 minutes.
3. Drain and stir in margarine.
