Ingredients

 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1/4 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/4 Teaspoon
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cabbage1 pound, quartered
 1 tablespoon low-sodium corn oil margarine

Directions

1. Add sugar, oregano, and mustard to water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add cabbage and simmer until tender, 8-10 minutes.
3. Drain and stir in margarine.
