Herbed Butter Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shallot | 1 , minced | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Teaspoon | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sea salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY 1) Make the blender ready. MAKING 1) In a saucepan, melt the butter. 2) Add to the pan, shallots and saute them until soften. FINALIZING 3) In the blender, put the mixture of butter and shallots. 4) Mix in mustard, fresh herbs and salt, if required. 5) Blend the mixture thoroughly until creamy and smooth. SERVING 6) Serve the herbed butter sauce with the steamed vegetables.
