Ingredients
| 3 tablespoons reconstituted natural butter-flavored mix | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 8 oz. new potatoes, about 1 1/2 inches | ||
| Frozen artichoke hearts package | 1 | |
Directions
In 1-quart casserole, combine butter-flavored mix, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic powder and pepper.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until very hot.
Remove thin strip of peel around center of potato.
Add potatoes.
Stir.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 4 minutes.
Add artichoke hearts.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 6 to 10 minutes longer, or until artichokes are hot and potatoes are tender, stirring once.
Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until very hot.
