Herb & Focaccia Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 (9-inch) round focaccia bread, cut in half horizontally | ||
| 1/4 cup soft light cream cheese with roasted garlic | ||
| 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed, stems removed | ||
| Turkey breast | 6 | |
| Muenster cheese | 6 | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Alfalfa sprouts | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Spread cut-sides of focaccia bread halves with cream cheese. Layer bottom half with spinach, turkey, cheese, tomatoes and sprouts. Cover with top half of focaccia.
To serve, cut into 6 wedges. Secure each sandwich with long toothpick.
