Herb & Focaccia Recipe
Ingredients
1 (9-inch) round focaccia bread, cut in half horizontally
1/4 cup soft light cream cheese with roasted garlic
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed, stems removed
6 (1-ounce) Turkey Breast
6 (3/4-ounce) Muenster Cheese
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups alfalfa sprouts
Directions
Spread cut-sides of focaccia bread halves with cream cheese. Layer bottom half with spinach, turkey, cheese, tomatoes and sprouts. Cover with top half of focaccia.
To serve, cut into 6 wedges. Secure each sandwich with long toothpick.
