Herb Dip Recipe
Whenever I prepare chicken nuggets, I prepare Herb Dip too. The herb dip gives a spicy-n-tangy taste to the chicken. If chicken is not your pick, give it a try with vegetables. Hope you will enjoy this Herb Dip recipe!
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Reduced-Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Low-Fat Or No-Fat Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Fresh/Dried Tarragon
1 Tablespoon Snipped Fresh Or 1 Teaspoon Dried Chives
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 Green Onion, Chopped (Green And White Parts)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice, mix well.
Stir in parsley, tarragon, chives, garlic and green onion, mix well.
Season to taste with pepper.
Refrigerate, covered, several hours.
Serve as a dip for vegetables or for chicken nuggets.
