 Unsalted butter1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
 Chervil1 Tablespoon, minced
 Parsley3 Tablespoon, minced
 Dijon style Mustard1 Teaspoon
 Snipped chives2 Tablespoon
 Tarragon2 Tablespoon, minced
 Lemon juice to taste
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and blend well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving dish and store, covered and chilled.
