Herb Broiled Swordfish Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 pounds swordfish steaks
Directions
Preheat the broiler.
Melt the butter.
Add the lemon juice and seasonings and rub over all sides of the fish.
Place in a buttered baking pan and broil until the fish is brown and flakes easily when tested with a fork, about ten minutes.
Baste occasionally.
