Herb-Broiled Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 12 rib Iamb chops, | ||
| 1 inch thick | ||
| Dried basil leaves | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Marjoram leaves | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Dried thyme leaves | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) With a damp cloth, wipe the chops.
2) Mix other ingredients and rub into both sides of chops.
3) Cover the chops and chill for 1 hour.
MAKING
4) On broiler rack, place the chops 4 inches from heat; for medium rare, and broil 6 minutes on one side, 4 minutes on other.
SERVING
5) Serve the chops immediately with the condiment of your choice.
