Herb Spread Or Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cottage cheese | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 1 6 Ounce, cut in to chunks | |
| 2 T. chopped green onions | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Thyme | 1/8 Tablespoon | |
| Basil | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Plain yogurt | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Place cottage cheese and cream cheese into a blender.
If mixture is too thick to blend, add yogurt.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until mixture is smooth.
Taste and add salt.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
Goes well with Grandma's Onion and Poppy Seed Soda Crackers.
