Herb Seasoned Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Marjoram | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| 1 whole chicken breast, halved | ||
| Buttermilk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Mix all the ingredients together and blend.
2) Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk and roll over flour to coat well.
3) Take a skillet and heat oil.
4) Stir fry chicken for 20 minutes or until golden brown and drain on paper towel.
SERVING
5) Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
