1.Cut onions and garlic in small pieces and keep them in a bowl.
2.Crush rosemary and mint leaves.
3.Combine onions,garlic, rosemary and mint leaves.
4.Put vinegar and water in the bowl and allow the mixture to stay overnight.
5.Paint the steaks with the mixture with the help of mint leaves.
6.Broil the meat and apply the mixture at regular intervals.
7.Serve the meat hot with sauce.
