Herb Marinated Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad dressing | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Dried basil leaves | 2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Dried thyme leaves | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| 3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned | ||
Directions
Stir together dressing, wine, garlic, onion and seasonings.
Pour dressing mixture over chicken.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Drain, reserving dressing mixture.
Place chicken on greased rack of broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until tender, brushing frequently with dressing mixture.
