Herb Grilled Chicken Livers Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 pound chicken livers, cut in half
 
3/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
1 tablespoon minced onion
 
1 tablespoon minced parsley
 
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon
 
Flour
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions

1. Sprinkle livers with salt, pepper, onion, parsley, tarragon. Dust lightly with flour.
2. Melt butter or margarine in skillet over medium heat; add livers and cook about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
