| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon chervil leaves or thyme leaves | ||
| Fish fillets | 1 Pound, frozen | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1 Place butter, garlic and onion in small glass mixing bowl.
2 Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes on HIGH, or until onion is partly cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients, except fish and bread crumbs.
3 Arrange fillets in 2-quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish with thick edges toward outside of dish. Spoon about 1/2 of butter mixture over fillets. Stir bread crumbs into remaining butter mixture; sprinkle on top of fillets.
4 Microwave for 7 to 8 minutes on HIGH, or until fish flakes easily (about 140°F). Let stand 5 minutes before serving. About 4 Servings
