 Spring water4 Bottle (4 l)
 Licorice1 Tablespoon
 Yellow dock1 Tablespoon
 Black walnut1 Tablespoon
 Hawthorn leaves1 Tablespoon
 Fennel seeds1 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon bark1
 Ho shou woo1 Teaspoon
 Rhodiola1 Teaspoon
 Men’s long life elixir2 Teaspoon (Damiana, Fo-Ti, ginger root, licorice root, wild yam, star anise, saw palmetto, ginseng, sasparilla root)
 Heart drops2 Teaspoon (Cayene, Garlic, Hawthorn Berries, Hawthorn leaves and flowers, Gingko Balboa, Bilberry, Ginseng, Gotu Kola)
 Cardamom powder1 Teaspoon
 Ginger1 Medium
 Schizandra berry2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Take spring water in a vessel. Turn the gas flame low.
2. Add in licorice, yellow dock, black walnut, hawthorn leaves, and fennel seeds.
3. Take cinnamon bark in a coffee grinder and grind to powder.
4. Add cinnamon powder to the simmering water.
5. Add in ho shou woo, Rhodiola, men’s long life elixir, heart drops and cardamom powder.
6. Slice ginger and add to the simmering water mixture.
7. Put schizandra berry in the decoction.

SERVING
8. Serve in a glass or cup.
