Herb Ed Tomato Broth Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef broth | 1 10 1/2 Ounce, condensed | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Marjoram leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Dried thyme leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Snipped parsley | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
Combine beef broth, tomato juice, 3/4 cup water, marjoram, and thyme.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
Ladle into bowls.
Garnish with parsley.
