Ingredients

 Wine vinegar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Non-caloric liquid sweetener equal to 2 teaspoons sugar
 Dried basil leaves1 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Dash coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon salt in screw-top jar; cover and shake.
Chill.
Shake again just before serving.
