Herb Crackers Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup rye flour
1/2 cup corn flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
14 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 cup oil
5 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix dry ingredients and herbs.
Mix water and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stir with fork until ball is formed.
Roll out on floured board and cut into squares or diamond shaped pieces.
Top with caraway seeds.
Bake on lightly oiled cookie sheet at 400 °F. for about 8 minutes.
