Ingredients

 Butter4 Ounce, softened
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Dried herb - 2 generous teaspoons (such as oregano, tarragon, basil, thyme, marjoram, dill, mint, parsley, or a combination)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
2) With a fork, mash the butter and blend thoroughly.

SERVING
3) Store in refrigerator as a butter stick or wrap and place inside freezer to store for longer time.

TIPS
Use a food processor with steel blade or an electric mixer, to blend large quantity of butter or hard butter.
Freeze the butter in small portions, so that you can defrost only the required quantity.
