Ingredients

 Butter100 Gram
 Mixed fresh herbs - 2 x 15 ml spoons or 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1

Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, put the butter and beat until smooth.
2 Gradually, add in the herbs and beat until evenly blended.
3 Add salt and pepper to taste
4 Shape the mixture into a long roll.
5 Wrap the roll in the foil and pack in a freezer bag.
6 Seal the bag, label and freeze.

SERVING
7 Remove the wrappings and using a knife dipped in hot water, cut the frozen butter into slices.
8 Tastes best with grilled (broiled) meats and hot vegetables.
