Herb Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tarragon leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Savory | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Dash |

MAKING
1. Let butter soften at room temperature.
2. Mix well adding remaining ingredients.
SERVING
3. Use to season vegetables, fish or meats; or use as a spread for hot breads or sandwiches.
