Herb Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 medium-sized loaf French or Vienna Bread
Directions
Place butter and spices in a glass custard cup and heat on full power 1 minute.
Mix thoroughly.
Slice bread crosswise in 1/2 inch slices, being careful not to slice through bottom crust.
Brush herb spread on slices.
Wrap in paper toweling and place in bread basket.
Heat herb bread on roast for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes.
