Herb and Honey Sauce For Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Olive salad | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nectar | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Cook onions and garlic in hot oil until tender, but not brown.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Let cool, then pour oyer chicken and let it marinate for 3 hours minimum.
When broiling chicken, use as a basting sauce.
Heat leftover sauce and serve separately with chicken.
