Ingredients

 Wholemeal1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rolled oats1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bran1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Low fat cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Parmesan cheese1 Tablespoon, grated
 Chives2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Low fat milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Safflower oil4 Tablespoon
 Egg whites3

Directions

1.In a bowl combine flour, rolled oats, bran, low fat and Parmesan cheeses, chives and parsley.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.
Add milk and oil.
Mix to combine.
2.Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Lightly fold through dough.
3.Spoon into a 23 cm x 12 cm non-stick loaf pan.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
